Scott is riding 1,000 miles this summer for kids with eye cancer.

Retinoblastoma is rare. The kids who fight it shouldn't have to do it alone.

Scott's son, Baker, was diagnosed with retinoblastoma — a rare eye cancer — in 2025, at just two years old. The disease meant his left eye had to be surgically removed. Baker is doing great today, but he isn't fully in the clear: he still makes regular visits to Lurie Children's Hospital in Chicago, where a team of eye specialists and oncologists watches closely for any new signs of the disease.

Baker is one tough guy. Through that very difficult time, he and his family were carried by outpouring support from tremendous people and charities that helped ease the pain and uncertainty. Scott is riding for Baker, for his journey, and to give back to the kind of cause that gave so much to their family.
